Doctrinal Statement |

BibliologyWe believe that the Bible is the infallible and inerrant Word of God. It was given by divine inspiration in the original manuscripts and has been preserved in the English language in the King James Bible. It is to be the sole authority for all matters of faith and practice.
SoteriologyWe believe in salvation by grace through faith, completely apart from works. This salvation is obtained through repentance from sin and faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ o¬n the cross of Calvary. This salvation is eternal and available to the whole world.
TheologyWe believe that God is one God, manifesting Himself in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost. These three are co-eternal and co-equal in all power and attributes. Above all, God is holy and the Sovereign Creator of all things. He has a personal interest in all that He has created and desires for all men to be saved.
ChristologyWe believe in the deity, virgin birth, sinless life, substitutionary death, bodily resurrection, and imminent, pre-millennial and pre-tribulational coming of Christ. It is through His shed blood that atonement has been made for our sins.
EcclesiologyWe believe in the local church as a company of called out, blood bought, born again, baptized (immersed) believers. The duty of the church is to serve God, edify the body, and to fulfill the Great Commission. The Church is to be self-propagating, independent, and autonomous; with Jesus Christ as the sole Lord and Head of the body.
AngelologyWe believe that angels are created beings that are ministers of God. We reject the idea that they are to be worshipped in any way. We further believe that Satan and his spiritual followers (demons) are also created beings that have been removed from their original state in Heaven because of their rebellion against God and are reserved for the Judgment of the Lake of Fire.
Concerning EternityWe believe that Heaven and Hell are literal places, prepared by God according to the Scriptures. All who have been saved in this life shall live eternally with God. All those who die without Christ shall abide in the lake of fire forever; eternally lost.
Concerning SeparationWe believe in biblical separation, that is, to be set apart from the world, sin, self, and Satan, and to be separated “unto the praise of His glory” and the furtherance of the Gospel. We also believe that we are to be ecclesiastically separated from all those that would teach and preach contrary to the biblical Doctrine of Salvation. |
